2000 Sumerset Houseboat 17x72 - $24,000 (Lake Powell - Hall's Crossing Slip)Star Chaser is a beautiful and extremely well maintained 17 feet wide x 72 feet long Sumerset Houseboat located in a covered slip in G dock at Hall's Crossing. When in the slip, we have a fantastic and unobstructed view of bullfrog bay. This boat is owned and maintained by only 10 great owners. This group has been together since 1996 when we built our first houseboat. This Houseboat has been extremely well maintained and upgraded over the years including two nearly new 5.0L Mercruiser fuel injected engines. The boat sleeps 12, has bow and stern thrusters, a Westerbeke generator and was designed to explore the far reaches of Lake Powell. We have upgraded with new stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, flat screen television and an amazing sound system with Sonos control system. To allow for extended trips, the boat carries 670 gallons of fuel including an electric pump for fueling your toys. We typically travel beyond Wilson Creek in the San Juan River arm, play all week with 2-3 boats and a few PWCs, and still have fuel to spare.Up to 4 weeks of use per owner per year included. Weeks are selected each year at our annual shareholders meeting held in late January and we consistently have been be able to choose two great weeks.
